a) Login to cpanel of your website
b) Search for Mysql Databases option and click on it
c) Scroll down and you should see an option of Mysql Users
d) You should see a window called Add User To Database
e) From user drop down window , select the User
f) From database drop down window select the database
g) Now click on Add button
h) On the next screen you should see Add privileges option
Click on All Privileges check box and then click on Make changes
