Resetting your cpanel password

If you forget your cPanel account password or have lost it, this will guide you to show how to reset your password

1. Go to http://waxspace.com/client/clientarea.php

2. Login with your client area LoginID and Password

Your Client area LoginID is the Email Address you used while registering

3. After you have logged in, Click on Open New Ticket link

4. Submit a Ticket to the Technical Support, Requesting to reset your cPanel Password.


You can also send an email from your registred email address at support@waxspace.com to reset your password.
