Using Enterprise Manager

Expand SQL Server group

Expand the server name

Expand Databases

Expand the database that you’ll be exporting data from

Click on Tables

Right-click the table you’d like to export, select All Tasks -> Export Data

The first dialog box asks where you’ll be copying the data from, just click Next

The next dialog box asks where you’ll be putting the data. You have a variety of options here, depending on what you’re trying to accomplishing.
